The purpose of the recruitment pack is to provide information about the vacancy in order to help the applicant decide if they will apply for the post. All applicants should receive the same recruitment pack which may comprise the following documents or any additional information that the recruiting manager considers appropriate:
Covering letter
Application form, including monitoring form
Applying for a job with NCC leaflet
Job description
Person specification
Applicant information about the Council
Recruitment & Selection Policy leaflet
Conditions of Service leaflet
Equal Opportunities leaflet
The timescale for appointments.
