
Information for short-listed applicants
Short-listed applicants need to be told they have been selected promptly. It is recommended that details are confirmed in writing. The information sent should normally include:
the times and locations for interview;
details of the process, including any tests which may be used;
who will be involved in the interview;
a contact name and telephone number;
claim for interview expenses;
the requirement to bring proof of identity;
the requirement to bring proof of the right to work in the UK;
and, where appropriate:
map and car parking arrangements;
accommodation arrangements;
suitable arrangements for candidates with a disability;
the requirement to bring any certificates or evidence of qualifications;
Declaration of conflict of interest form; and
Disclosure of criminal convictions form.
