Interviewer's Documentation Checklist
Each applicant is asked to bring various documents with them for pre-employment checking to the interview. These will differ according to the requirements of the job they have applied for. The following lists of viable evidence will help you to ensure they have supplied valid documentation.
Failure to see this information and obtain copies will result in delays to the recruitment process.
Original identification must be seen at the time of the interview, photocopied, signed and dated by the recipient. Please ensure that the photocopies are readable. The following wording should be written on the photocopies:
I confirm that this is a copy of a genuine document
provided by the applicant on dd/mm/yyyy.
Followed by a signature and printed name of the recipient.

Caring for Children |
Anyone to be employed in a Registered or Voluntary Children's Home.
The applicant will bring to interview a completed Disqualification for Caring for Children Regulations 2002 Disclosure Form.
Please keep the original with their other proofs of identification |

Criminal Record Disclosure Application |
If the post is subject to a Police check through the Criminal Records Bureau all applicants will bring a completed Criminal Record Disclosure Application form to the interview. |

This form should be checked to make sure the applicant has completed Sections A to D and Section H. More details can be found in the “Managers Guidance - CRB Forms” on the BSC Recruitment Intranet Page |

1 document from Group 1 plus 2 documents from Group 2 OR 5 documents from Group 2
