I would like to confirm that I received your request for an internal review of your recent 
Freedom of Information request on the 28th July 2009.  I am sorry that you are not happy 
with the way in which you have been dealt with by Leeds City Council and we will investigate 
your complaint fully under Stage 2 of Leeds City Council’s compliments and complaints 
procedure. 
 
I have passed your comments on to an Investigating Officer in order for them to carry out a
