Re: Freedom of Information request.
I write with reference to your email of June 16th, in which you make the following request:
Please could you provide a list of the traffic regulation orders (if any) that Cambridgeshire County
Council has made under article 42 of The Cambridgeshire Guided Busway Order 2005?
This request has been dealt with under the Environmental Information Regulations and I can confirm
that we do not hold the information requested.
The Cambridgeshire Guided Busway Order 2005 has the effect of a Traffic Regulation Order as set out
in the schedules attached to the Order. It is not necessary to make further Orders. Therefore we do
not hold the requested information.
I hope this information is helpful to you, however, if you are unhappy with the service you have
received in relation to your request and wish to make a complaint or request a review of our decision,
