Thank you for your e-mail of 16 June, in which you asked:
Has the Secretary of State or officials of the Department received copies of any
correspondence between HRH the Prince of Wales and members of the royal family of Qatar
within the past twelve months or been notified of the existence of any such correspondence?
The Foreign & Commonwealth Office has not received copies of any such correspondence
within the past twelve months. Nor has the FCO been notified of the existence of any such
correspondence.

If you are unhappy with the service you have received in relation to your request and wish to
make a complaint, or request a review of our decision you should write to Jackie Barson,
Deputy Director of Protocol, Foreign and Commonwealth Office, Old Admiralty Building,
London SW1A 2PA within 40 working days of receipt of this reply.
If you are not content with the outcome of the internal review, you may apply directly to the
Information Commissioner for a decision. Generally, the Information Commissioner cannot
make a decision unless you have exhausted the complaints procedure provided by the FCO.
