Please will you supply the names of the individuals and list the names of the organisations for those who form the stakeholders group which is looking at the introduction of Basic Disclosures (CRB Checks) into England and Wales.

 

Please will you supply the terms of reference of the above stakeholders group and identify to whom they will report.

In line with the CRB Business Plan which is due for publication in the near future the CRB are currently holding monthly internal workshops to capture and prepare the Basic Disclosure service's baselined requirements which have previously been produced over the years 2006-2008. These workshops include representatives from the following CRB departments:

Customer Investigations Unit

Programme Delivery

Security

Communications

Finance

Business Improvement Quality Management

Human Resources

Partnership Management

Commercial

Customer Services

Operations

Strategy and Policy

There are currently no external stakeholders involved in the workshops for the requirements of the Basic Disclosure Service.
