Thank you for your e-mail of 15 June 2009, asking for a copy of the ODPM / DCLG 2003 triennial review report, and a list of consultees and consultee response. Your request has been considered under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.

In your email correspondence you say “the full Departmental response is attached”. No response was attached with your email correspondence.

The (then) Office of the Deputy Prime Minister (ODPM) responded fully to the Commission's 2003 review and this response is recorded in the second Special Report of Session 2005-2006 from the ODPM (LGO01(a)) to the (then) ODPM Housing, Planning, Local Government and the Regions Committee. The Government's response is published as an Appendix to this report, and recorded in their eleventh report of session 2004-2005, available at: http://www.publications.parliament.uk/pa/cm200405/cmselect/cmodpm/cmodpm.htm. This also includes the supplementary memorandum submitted to the Committee by the (then) ODPM.
