Request for information

In your email of 15 June you asked for a copy of the Triennial Review, and clarified in your email of 25 June that a draft of this was referred to in the Commission minutes for the meeting on 24 March 2009.

I had hoped to be able to send you a copy of the completed Triennial Review before the 20-day deadline was reached, but unfortunately it is not yet finalised. However, it should be finished soon, and I hope you be able to send you a copy by the end of this month. Once it is finalised, it will be sent to the Department for Communities and Local Government and we will then publish it on our website, but I will send you a copy as well.

You also requested a list of consultees and copies of their comments. The Commission has not consulted on the draft Triennial Review this time, so we do not hold any such information.
