Thank you for your email of 12th June requesting copies of correspondence relating to the
immigration case of an Argentine national.
You requested:
“All copies of correspondence between Peter Hain and the Immigration Minister regarding
this issue.”
I confirm that as of today’s date the Wales Office holds no correspondence between Peter
Hain and the Immigration Minister, Phil Woolas, on this matter.
“Correspondence between the Secretary of State for Wales, or Wayne David and Elfyn
Llwyd and Hywel Williams.”
I confirm that as of today’s date the Wales Office holds one letter from Wayne David to
Elfyn Llwyd MP on this matter, which is enclosed.
