Alcohol Consumption in Designated
Public Places Order 2008
Islington Council (in this Order called "the council") hereby
make the following Order under Section 13(2) of the said
Act:
1. The land described in the
Schedule below and shown
on the map, being a public
place in the area of the
Council which is a public
space in which the 
consumption of alcohol has
been associated with 
disorder, nuisance or 
annoyance to members of
the public or a section of
the public, is hereby 
designated for the purposes
of Section 13(2) of that
Act.
2. This Order may be cited as the Alcohol Consumption in
Schedule
Designated Public Places for the area of Elthorne Park
Beaumont Rise
which is bounded in the North by Sunnyside Road and
Hazellville Road
Beaumont Rise, in the East by Hornsey Rise and in the
Hornsey Rise
South and West by Hazellville Road and shown in the map
Sunnyside Road
below. Order (No 2) 2008 and shall come into force on 
24 April 2008
