I understand that your request refers to minutes of the Joint Committee on Vaccination and Immunisation (JCVI), the Joint Sub-committee on Adverse Reactions and the Working Group on the introduction of measles, mumps, rubella (MMR) vaccine.  These minutes are already in the public domain and are published at: www.dh.gov.uk/ab/JCVI/DH_095054.
