re your ref 373658 -
1. Please supply ALL documents requested: the FOI reply is
incompete.
2. Only an Annex has been supplied. Not one £figure is quoted;
there's only scant comment re quality comparison; only brief
indication of percentage differences between tenderers in what is
called a 'Financial Annex' comprising in total of points 1. to
1.2.. Please confirm the Annex supplied is complete & if it is not
supply complete Annex.(Clearly it would be an unacceptable surprise
for over £1million of leaseholder monies to be spent without proper
and robust evaluation, assessment and scrutiny).

Dear Mrs Newsom,

We have provided all of the information that went to the Executive Committee. The other documents would have formed part of the tender process. I have provided the documents that I can but other documents relating to the tender process will be exempt under Section 43 - commercial interests.

The overall value of the contract is £1.5m and covers a 2year period until 31 March 2013.

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of
Information reviews.

I write to request an internal review of Islington Borough
Council's handling of my FOI request '13.01,2011 Exec Committee
Papers, Leaseholder Building Insurance' as the information provided
is of little if any use. I am led to believe the building insurance
policy relates only to leaseholders properties: along with other
leaseholders I am charged and pay an annual premium for the
coverage.
The limited information provided is misleading. According to
reliable sources, the contract is a 3 year contract, not a 2 yr
contract as implied.
If the final terms, etc differed from that presented to the
Executive Committee then I would also expect to be informed of such
detail (including inception premium detail and any discounts).
