Further to our recent correspondence regarding your application for information, we can confirm that after completing a search of our records, we are sorry to inform you that we do not hold the information you have requested. This letter therefore forms a Refusal Notice under s17 and the following exemption has been applied:-

Exemption:- Procedural - Information Not Held

The reason(s) for this is: We do not employ counsellors or counselling support to individual pupils in schools. We employ one educational psychologist.

The council does not hold this information and therefore is unable to release it.
