Thank you for your e-mails dated 30 May, 4 & 5 June 2009 in which you request Internal Reviews for Freedom of Information (FoI) requests that have been handled by other Public Authorities that include the Ministry of Justice and the Department for Work & Pensions.

We can only carry out Internal Reviews for FoI requests that were originally assigned to the Home Office. Internal Reviews should be sent to the Public Authority which dealt with the original request, if you have a specific Home Office FoI request please provide the reference number and it will be assigned to a Caseworker.

If you are dissatisfied with how a Public Authority has dealt with any FOI request you should contact the Information Commissioners' Office (ICO) using their online Freedom of Information Complaints form: -
