1) Of course the information requested should include dates for when planning permission was granted to fly the said flag, and when the flags were flown.

2) If the necessary planning permission was not granted prior to the Gay Pride flag being flown, please inform me (under the freedom of information legislation) of any action taken against Merseyside Police,
