“Kindly confirm that covert surveillance was carried out at Tealby Lincs by your ASB team in 2007/2008 at times when no policies or procedures were in place by which your ASB team operations were authorised.”

I would confirm that no covert surveillance was carried out at Tealby Lincs by our ASB team at any time in 2007/2008
