Appendix 1 - Anti-Spam Analysis
Table App1.1 shows the number of Trapped Email as a percentage of all incoming emails during last 13 months/periods. The “Clean” column contains data on any SPAM that is not detected by the various SPAM filters. From Nov 1st 2008 Anti-spam data presented in the table above will report on QoS periods rather than calendar month.
