A copy of the Healthcare Commission's Investigation Report into West London Mental Health Trust.

This information is exempt from disclosure under section 22 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000. This is because the information is intended for future publication. The investigation report into West London Mental Health Trust is due to be published later in the summer. It is considered that the public interest in ensuring that the report has sufficient time to be properly formulated outweighs the public interest to receive a draft of the report prior to the due publication date.

Please be assured that we have carefully considered your request. However, if you are not satisfied with this response you may request an independent internal review by a senior member of the Information Governance team, who has had no involvement in dealing with your request. We aim to deal with FOI/DPA appeals within 20 days of receipt.
