The Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOI) provides individuals with a right to request recorded
information held by a public authority. Although you have entitled your email as an FOI request, it
comprises a series of questions rather than a request for recorded information and we are not
therefore able to deal with it under the Act.
You might find the Information Commissioners guidance to requestors helpful for future reference
and I attach a link for your convenience.
