FREEDOM OF INFORMATION REQUEST

Thank you for your e-mail of 25 July in which you ask site statistics for the online survey website: mylifemyid.org. Your request has been handled in accordance with the Freedom of Information Act 2000.

Could you please provide firstly any available site statistics for

the online survey website mylifemyid.org, run by Virtual Surveys on

behalf of the Home Office. To include specifically the number of

(a) Users banned (b) Threads deleted (c) Posts deleted (d) Posts

edited (e) Posts moved. Secondly in what manner will the research

be presented and to whom? Will this presentation include the full

site statistics?

We believe that the information that you have asked for is already reasonably accessible to you. It can be accessed by logging onto the Identity and Passport Service website at

http://www.ips.gov.uk/identity/publications-research.asp. Regarding the site statistics, those collected will be included as an appendix of the final report.

Section 21 of the Freedom of Information Act exempts the Identity and Passport Service from complying with the duty to supply you with this information on the grounds that it is already in the public domain. Should you have difficulties in accessing this information by the means listed above please do not hesitate to contact me again.
