Re: Your request for information
Thank you for your email dated 19th May 2009. As the information you requested is not personal or environmental it will be processed in accordance with the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
We have reviewed your request and in order that we can answer your questions as fully and as promptly as possible we would be grateful if you could clarify the following points. Please note we request this information in accordance with section 1(3) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
Please could you clarify if you want any correspondence held between us and CURACAO or just what you have specified?
Please provide this information as soon as possible as we need it in order to progress your case. If we do not hear from you within 3 months we will assume you no longer wish to receive the information and your case will be automatically closed.
