Dear Applicant

I refer to your request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, received here on 18 May.

This is to inform you that as of the date of your request Sussex Police held no records of the type specified. No overtime payments have yet been made to police officers in respect of the operation you specify. I have therefore determined that information you seek is not held by this force at this time.

The process of submitting, examining and then, if authorised, paying any such claims can take several months to complete.
