This is in regard to the case Centrum voor gelijkheid van kansen en voor racismebestrijding v. Frima Feryn NV (`the Feryn case') in Court of Justice of the European Communities (Case C-54/07), in which the United Kingdom Government intervened. I would like you to provide:
Any document setting out the reasons for the United Kingdom Government to submit an observation to the court in such a way
How much money was spent on this intervention
I can confirm that our Department does not hold the information you have requested as the nature of your request falls outside the remit of our responsibilities.
