In response to your request for information about the contract between Rochdale Council and the Impact Council, I attach the following information.
Please note that the documents have been redacted so that some of the information contained in the documents is not disclosed. The exemption claimed for not disclosing this information is contained in Section 43 of the FOI. This details circumstances when releasing information could cause prejudice to commercial interests. We have omitted information where disclosure could weaken the Council or Impact's position in a competitive environment by revealing market sensitive information, and/ or damage the Council's business reputation.
