     I am seeking the following statistics under the Freedom of
     Information rules. ALL THE STATISTICS ARE FOR YEAR 2008.

     1. How many people have used the Barnet Hospital blood test centre
     during the year. 2. What is the actual and expected mean time
     between a patient calling for an appointment and being seen. 3. How
     many FTE staff are employed that can take blood. 4. What is the
     actual and expected mean number of patients seen per hour. 5. How
     many "no show" patients are there.
