Dear Mr Skene

Re : Request under the 2000 Freedom of Information Act

Thank you for your e-mail dated 16th July, in which you sought information from the Ministry of Justice, as follows:

Please could you send me in electronic format a copy of the Order of Council dated 18 October 2002, related to the Honours Scrutiny Committee, as cited in Hansard:

http://www.publications.parliament.uk/pa/ld200102/ldhansrd/vo021107/text/21107w13.htm

I enclose a copy of the Order of Council which you requested, relating to the Honours Scrutiny Committee of the Privy Council. I also enclose a copy of a further Order of 2005, which revoked the earlier Order and wound up the Committee.

If you are unhappy with the result of your request for information, you may request an internal review within two calendar months of the date of this letter by writing to Access Rights Unit, Ministry of Justice, Selborne House, 54 Victoria Street, London SW1E 6QW.

If you remain unhappy with the outcome of the internal review, you have the right to apply directly to the Information Commissioner for a decision. The Information Commissioner can be contacted at: Information Commissioner's Office, Wycliffe House Water Lane, Wilmslow, Cheshire, SK9 5AF.
