FOI Request - Log Numbers 893 (South Oxfrodshire D.C.) and 09/308 (Vale
of White Horse D.C.)

 

Following on from your Freedom of Information Requests received on the 8
May 2009, relating to empty commercial and industrial buildings within
the Vale of White Horse District Council and South Oxfordshire District
Council; please find attached Excel spreadsheets capturing the data
required, as at March 2009, which is when the last snapshot was
produced. The only empty addresses that have been excluded from the
attached lists are all those where individuals names are liable for the
empty rates. Due to recent court decisions about what personal data can
and cannot be provided means all individual data, including their
addresses, have been removed and will not be disclosed.
