Freedom of Information Request - Details of Empty Commercial Properties

Thank you for your e-mail dated 8th May 2009 requesting information under the Freedom of Information Act. I understand your request to be as follows:

“Please can you provide me with the following information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000:-

  1. addresses and rateable values of empty Commercial properties that are within Tameside Borough Council area; and

  2. the names of the owners of those properties referred to in (a)”

Your request is being considered as a request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000. In accordance with statutory requirements, it may take up to 20 working days (approximately 4 weeks) for the Council to consider your request and provide a formal response.
