With reference to your request regarding a list of empty commercial properties within the Borough of Northampton.

Please find attached a .pdf list of empty commercial properties. The Council has redacted owner details where the liable party is a person as opposed to a business. This is to ensure their rights under Article 8 of the Human Rights Act 1998 are not breached.

Please note that some of the information is exempt from disclose as it is already publicly available from the following organisations.
