I refer to your email of 8 May. I apologise for the oversight in not responding to you to date. I enclose a list of the empty commercial properties within the District. The Council does not hold the record of the owner of these properties who may not always be the ratepayer. The details of ownership may be available from HM Land Registry should the properties in question be registered.
