I am in receipt of your e-mail that appears to be dated 7.5.09, as this was only received last month I will assume that this is a copy of a similar request that you did submit last May. You have requested the following information:

I can firstly confirm that the Council does hold the information you have requested and I am able to provide the majority of the information you have requested. Please refer to the attached spreadsheet(s).

You will see that the lists do not include the names of individual owners of the properties referred to above as this is classed as personal data and disclosure of such data would be in breach of the fair processing provisions of the data protection act 1988. By virtue of section (40)(2) of the Act, the Council is exempt form any obligation to disclose this information, and will not do so.

The information provided to you under the Act is for your own use only and may not be re-used without the consent of the Council.
