We write with regard to your recent enquiry for information held by the Council under the provisions of the Freedom of Information Act 2000.

Please see attached spreadsheet detailing the current spend on Microsoft products.

The EA is an annual enterprise licence (licence to use) and gives product licences and cost, the other tab is the select (out right purchase) purchases we have made. This is the only information we have readily available. Access to historic information would require searching through archives which are not available on-line and would take longer then the statutory time limit of 2.5 days to search for the information.
