NRUC Update

  • NRUC have received the latest CID feed and are carrying out preliminary checks on the data.

Finance

  • UKBA have agreed to pay directly to NRUC invoices are no longer to be sent to LAs.

General Operation

  • NRUC continues to train LAs and encourage updating of the database.

Action

  • NRUC to draft letter on CID & its efficiency' for Mark Brangwyn, to be sent to Tony Smith.

DCSF, NRUC & ContactPoint

  • ContactPoint has been delayed until January 09.

  • Main phase testing anticipated in January 09.

  • Havering expect the design spec from Esprit by the end of September 08.

  • WCC - (Copied from previous minutes) to meet with Esprit regarding future contract

  • WCC and UKBA to meeting regarding NRUC future position

  • WCC Role in Contact Point is administering finance

  • Simon Marrow to provide Michael Gould with `Early Adopters' list & report briefly on the project timescales.

  • NRUC to incorporate links to DCSF & ContactPoint onto the NRUC website.

  • Also to investigate `Flagging' system to identify the current stage of work between NRUC and DCSF

  • Contract with Esprit will expire in 2009

  • NRUC to create draft spec of SLA for Esprit.

NRUC to draft an A4 sheet on possibilities within the EU & Missing Children.
