MG happy with Crystal Reports training
MG - WA to canvass LA's on suggestions / improvements to Reports
DW suggests we put out a 'Report' template for LA's to provide comments / suggestions
MG - WA / DW to familiarise Crystal Reporting with data extracted and saved in MG's Drop Box folder.
DW suggested we set-up a link on website for Enterprise
MG to write `thank you' letter to Crystal Reports trainer
WA to attend Dreamweaver course on 13 - 15 March (in place of DW)

MG - WA to find out how we can apply Dreamweaver to website and how we can update on a regular basis. MG will contact Esprit to find out Tender.
MG - WA to update text / FAQ's, upload forms (e.g. Access Protocol) and set-up comments / feedback field on website
Issue Log
MG - Issue Log needs to be continued
DW has created Access D/B for support log (specifically for NRUC e.g. resetting A/Cs) and contact log
MG- everything to go on internal log - we then discuss as a team and escalate as necessary
Shared Drive
MG - we need to clean the Shared Drive and maintain document control (save old files under Shared Archived)
DW / WA to create `Drop Box' folders in the Shared Drive
Data Exchange with Home Office
MG trying to set-up `road map' on how we are going to retrieve information from the Home Office e.g. improving quality of the back drop
MG will look into setting-up a meeting for the NRUC with the Home Office
MG - IND and NASS are both aware of NRUC and have agreed to use NRUC
MG to contact Simon Bentley (Home Office) so we can `regularise' relationship with NRUC, and Joe Heatley will write a letter to Esprit to `show concerns'
Training Programme
MG on training visit to Birmingham 13/3/06
DW to create training environment for NRUC users
MG - empty server required for training environment. Also, there should be a third link on the home page for NRUC training

MG - NRUC Roles will have to be reviewed and changed e.g. NRUC administrator having viewing access only
