1. Thank you for your e-mail of 9 July about Public Partners: Advice, Consultancy and Training (P-PACT).

2. After a thorough search, from best available records I regret to inform you that the Home Office does not hold the information that you have requested.

3. I understand that P-PACT is mainly engaged in FOI related activities. I have enquired of the FOI sections of the Home Office headquarters and its Executive Agencies, who report that they have not engaged the company. As a back-up to cover possible extra FOI activities, a check of financial systems has also been made for any payments that may have been made to the company in the last three years (the current Home Office headquarters financial system was introduced then).
