Thank you for your email making a request for the following information under the Freedom of Information Act.

You have requested the following information:

1. Correspondence/emails in respect of, and any notes of the meeting of 12/02/09 between the Mayor of London and the Leader of Merton Council

Please find attached the following in response:

With regards to the 20/03/09 this was a visit rather than a meeting and in response please find attached:

3. Correspondence, emails and notes of any meetings in respect of the LB Merton LDF and the above site between Merton Council and Mr Andrew Barry-Pursell, Head of the London Plan.

There has been no correspondence between the Head of London Plan and LB Merton regarding the Merton LDF and the site in question. Nor have there been any correspondence or emails. There was email communication between LB Merton and the London Plan team with regard to Mayor's Questions 0873/2009 and 0874, details of which are given below.
