prostitutes or kerb crawling by Hertfordshire Constabulary in each month of 2008. You have 
asked for this information to be broken down into the following, for the number of people that 
were:

Released without charge 
• Cautioned 
• Charged 
• Fined 
 
I am able to confirm that your request has been processed under the terms of the Freedom 
of Information Act 2000 (FOI). Following enquiries within the Constabulary and a search of 
the Constabulary recording systems there is no information held in relation to any arrests 
made for 'Soliciting/ Prostitution or Kerb Crawling'.
