Your Ref
________
Dear Ms Chapman,
I refer to your e-mails of the 17 and 21 April 2009.
You set out a number of your suppositions and provide links to several internet articles from
which you appear to conclude that “
the payment of taxes, collected on behalf of the UK
Government, must constitute the aiding and a betting of war crimes as defined. Therefore
those who collect these taxes must also constitute of aiding and abetting of war crimes as
defined”.
Having come to that conclusion you ask “
bearing in mind what is presented herein, how do
you justify what you do as NOT aiding and abetting the war crimes committed by the UK
Government under their own so-called ˜rule of law?
This is not a request for recorded information but for a justification of what you conclude is
the situation; consequently it is not answerable under the terms of Freedom of Information
Act.
Yours sincerely
John Sharpe
