Dear Ms Davis
Access to Information Request - Information not held, cannot be located or has been destroyed - RFI#512
Thank you for your request for information about `An assessment undertaken to determine any possible detrimental effects on the ecological interest of the site if the information were to be released into the public domain about the presence of the White Throated Sparrow' which we received on 3 June 2009.
Your request has been considered under the Environmental Information Regulations 2004.
Following a search of our paper and electronic records, I have established that the information you requested is not held by Natural England. I have discussed the matter with the relevant colleagues who can categorically state that Natural England made no assessment, written or otherwise, on the likely impact on the National Nature Reserve of releasing the sighting.
I apologise that your request cannot be met but if you have any further information needs in the future then please contact us.
If you are unhappy with the service you have received in relation to your request and wish to make a complaint or request a review of our decision, please contact Peter Wingate
