Dear Mr Halliday,
Re: Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 – Amendment to Review response.
Further to the University’s response dated 16 June 2009, it has been brought to our attention
that the data relating to the number of instances the normal maximum amount for relocation
expenses has been exceeded was erroneous. We would like to correct the figures supplied for
the period 2003/2004 and advise that the number of instances for this period should be 3 and
not 4 as previously stated. We apologise for this error.
As previously advised, if you remain dissatisfied with the outcome of the University’s review
you can appeal to the Office of the Scottish Information Commissioner at the following
address:
Scottish Information Commissioner
Kilburn Castle
Doubledykes Road
St. Andrews
Fife KY16 9DS
Tel. 01334 646610
Email: [email address]
Please be advised there is a right of appeal to the Court of Session against the
Commissioner’s decision, but only on a point of law.
Yours sincerely,
