It has been shown that Westminster City Council has blocked access from it's network to the website known by the URL of www.notobikeparkingfees.com (hosted on IP number 85.234.147.197).

Please provide name/s of the people who made that decision?

The reasons for implementing the block?

Who at Westminster City Council still has access to this website (names of departments accepted)?

In response to your request, I can advise you of the following:

The Head of IT Service Delivery for Westminster City Council (WCC).

Visitors to this Website from Westminster's corporate network were redirected to pornographic content. Access to such material is disallowed in accordance with the City Council's Internet Access Policy.

The Internet Access Policy applies to all WCC Personnel. As such, restricted access to this site applies to all departments.
