Request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOIA)

I write in connection with your request for information dated 16^th April 2009 which was received by Nottinghamshire Police on 16^th April 2009 and acknowledged by email on 17^th April. I note you seek access to the following information:

a) a list of meetings held between the Nottinghamshire Police and

representatives of the energy company E.ON between April 2008 and

April 2009.

b) a list of those people who attended the meetings and the names

of organisations to which they belong.

c) a list of memos, files or correspondence relating to those

meetings.

Unfortunately I am unable to respond to your request within 20 working days, as a decision has not been reached on the application of exemptions and the requirement to conduct harm and public interest tests. This is under S 17 (2)(b) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000. I am therefore applying an extension to this request by a further 20 working days.
