Thank you for your request and I apologise for the delay in our response to you.

I have tried to locate the contract signed between Liverpool City Council and 2020 Liverpool Limited to establish what if anything would/could be disclosed to you under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.

During my enquires I have established the Liverpool City Council did not enter into this agreement and does not therefore retain a copy.

There is an agreement in place involving British Telecom.

The contract was then subcontracted by British Telecom to Liverpool Direct Limited and therefore Liverpool City Council were not involved and do not hold a copy of the contract.

As we do not hold the information which you are seeking and therefore we are unable to comply with your request, we are required to provide you with a Section 17 notice. Please treat this letter/email as such a notice.

The City Council will consider appeals, referrals or complaints in respect of your Freedom of Information Act 2000 request under the first stage of the Have Your Say Scheme.
