Subject:                 Meeting with Phorm

Dear Jason,

Thank you very much for your time on the phone earlier. I appreciate you agreeing to a meeting with Phorm regarding the UKCCIS.

Unfortunately though I have just spoken to Radha Burgess, Director of Communications, who is due to be away next week until 6 November, and so Monday 27th is not possible for her. Please accept my apologies.

She suggested a meeting on 7 November instead, or alternatively the following week. Would that be any good for you? A meeting at around 10am, or towards the end of the day would be preferable, but we are of course happy to fit in with what works best for you.

Best wishes,

Catriona

Please find attached the current membership of the UK Council for Child Internet Safety. It effectively compromises of those organisations who were part of the Home Secretaries' Task force on Child Protection on the Internet plus organisations who played a key role in assisting Dr Byron in the development of her Report. It is a mixture of individuals and organisations.

Membership of the Council is not closed and subject to review at anytime.

Dear Jason,

Apologies for not making this clear in my original email, and for not getting back to you sooner - I have been away on leave. I work for Citigate Dewe Rogerson, a public affairs company, and am contacting you on behalf of Phorm. They are a technology company that specialise in online advertising, who are developing software designed to increase online security hence their interest in the UKCCIS. I hope that this is enough information, but let me know if you require anything further.

 Many thanks,

Catriona

Dear Jason,

Thank you very much for your time on the phone. As discussed, I would be really grateful if you were able to send me a list of confirmed members of the UKCCIS. I realise that it is not a finalised list, and will remain under review, but any information that you can give me to date would be very helpful.

Many thanks.

Best wishes,
