My comments are that this looks fantastic to me. The audit report is very sensibly constructed and worded and should be well received by GP practices. I think it will be helpful to disseminate it with a cover that reminds colleagues about the forthcoming presumed powers of the Care Quality Commission.
The Dashboard looks great too but I’m struggling to understand it fully on my laptop. Perhaps you and Rob could come to the Management Team meeting one Monday afternoon and demonstrate it to the team.
Sorry I couldn’t be at the IPCC. Hope the others gave equally positive feedback.
