Here's a response to some advice we gave a while ago on Concorde Village/Profitable Plots. I particularly enjoy the use of the phrase 'saddass'.

Dear Mr. Tinney:
Thanks for your assistance, I've made the change to Mr. Hoets spelling. I
should like to point out that your information and the manner in which you
presented it was invaluable. It saved my firm $250,000.00 and a massive
piece of our credibility. It has also delayed the inevitable: the manual
strangulation of my brother-in-law who pitched us this sadass scam. If you
are ever curious as to what the scam is email me and i will be happy to
detail it.

Pleae also extend our gratitude to Mr. Hoets.

Best regards, and good weather for the bank holiday weekend.

>Dear Mr. Hoet:
>
>I have just spoken to Mr. Tinney in your office and had my worst fears
>confirmed. He stated emphatically that the Chertsey Road property owned by
>Profitable Plots is unlikely to receive planning permission any time soon.
>This is of course contrary to the marketing promotion being pitched here in
>Canada which puts granting of planning permission and investor exit in the
>time frame of eight to 12 months.
>
>You should also be made aware that Profitable Plots has publicly declared
>that this site has gone through two stages in the planning process and was
>asked by the Hounslow Planning Department to increase the density from 50
>acres to 70. Profitable Plots states that once this requirement has been

>all indications are that planning permits will be granted.
