Dear Sir or Madam,

How many individual entries were there to the "100 day countdown to
new Wiltshire Council – WIN an iPod" competition?

On what basis were images chosen to appear on the front page?

How come some images which appeared as images on the front page of
the website were not on the Flickr, Facebook or Upload gallery?

How come some images uploaded to the form did not appear in the
gallery despite email confirmation of receipt.

How many winners are/will be chosen as part of the competition?

Does each entrant only get one entry into the competition or is it
based on the number of photos submitted? i.e Mr X submits 1 image
and gets 1 entry and Mrs Y submits 15 images and gets 15 entries or
do both Mr X and Mrs Y get an equal 1 entry chance each.

Terms and conditions say:

"All images submitted must be the work of the individual submitting
them and must not have been published. It is the responsibility of
each entrant to ensure that any images they submit have been taken
with the permission of the subject and do not infringe the
copyright of any third party or any laws. Entrants must warrant
that the photograph they are submitting is their own work and that
they own the copyright for it."

What checks were in place to ensure that all "photoshopped" images
which appeared on the front page had permission from the original
photographer?
