Request for Information - RFI 1369 - FOI in new authority

In response to your request for information I enclose the following:

1) how you are treating in-progress FOI and EIR requests & internal

reviews made to the residuary bodies

Requests in progress before 01 April will continue to be processed and responses sent out to applicants.

2) what happens to emails sent to the residuary bodies' FOI contact Addresses

District council mailboxes have been re-routed, mail sent to the district councils will be received by Wiltshire Council.

3) where should all new FOI and EIR requests go to

4) what is happening to information previously held by the residuary bodies, and where should requests for this information go to

Services previously provided by district councils continue to be provided, the information generated is still in existence, subject to usual retention guidelines, and requests for this information can still be made through Wiltshire Council. 

The Council has not withheld any information in relation to this request under the exemptions of the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
