     Dear Sir or Madam,

     Regarding Durham County Council becoming a unitary authority and
     abolition of the councils of the City of Durham, Easington,
     Sedgefield, Teesdale, Wear Valley, Derwentside, and
     Chester-le-Street, please could you provide the following
     information:

     1) how you are treating existing FOI and EIR requests for each of
     the residuary bodies

     2) what happens to emails sent to the residuary bodies' FOI contact
     addresses

     3) where should all new FOI and EIR requests go to

     4) what is happening to information previously held by residuary
     bodies, and where should requests for this information go to
